Common questions

• How quickly do you reply?+

  I read every enquiry myself and usually reply within a day, often sooner. There's no ticket queue or account manager in between — you're talking to the person who'd actually do the work.

• What happens after I submit the form?+

  You'll get a confirmation email with a copy of what you sent, and then a personal reply from me at the address you gave — not an autoresponder.

• Do I need a full brief before reaching out?+

  No. A couple of sentences on what you're trying to build is enough to start — I'll ask the right follow-up questions once I understand the shape of it.

• What's the best way to reach you for something urgent?+

  WhatsApp for a quick question. The form is better once you have a real brief to share — it gives me room to actually think before replying rather than firing back something quick.
